Malaysian Drivers Are “GOOD” In These
Malaysia is unique, we Malaysian contain people of multiple racials, different in religious belief and we can be different in terms of political views. BUT, there is something that we Malaysians definitely share.
One thing that Malaysians commonly proud of together no matter their differences is the food, no people can fight with us about our Roti Canai with Teh Tarik. That’s on the table, but one more thing that Malaysians commonly share is the one on the road. Continue reading to know some of the “ways” Malaysians behave on the road.
*Read only if you can accept jokes.
1) Thousand Hands Activity
We Malaysians can do many things when we are driving. Driving alone is a thing but do you know what else we Malaysians can do?
We can talk or text using our phone, chit chatting with other passengers, eat, drink, and well some ladies can even do their makeup.
While all these seem time saving, we still need to be careful while driving. Lets not cause any danger to other drivers while we are showing off our “thousand hands” talent while driving.
2) Hanging Everything
Malaysians like to have EVERYTHING in their car. We are very good at it. Get a hook and we can hook basically anything in our car. It’s pretty normal actually. Almost every cars has it.
We can hook our attires, takeaways, bags, umbrellas and even dolls. Now that it’s the Covid-19 season, we even hang our masks. Admit it, you guys hand your mask in your car, atleast at the “signal stick”.
Normally, we Malaysians like to hang other things. The best to hang of them all, our “ikat tepi”. You know, teh ais ikat tepi.
3) High Beaming
Malaysians are good at “communicating” using light beams. Don’t believe me? Asking the opposite car to slow down so we can turn in, high beam twice; want to inform the opposite road driver that there is a police roadblock, high beam once or twice; saw someone you know, high beam them several times; informing thanks to other driver, high beam them once or twice. See, we Malaysians are good with “light communication”.
Well, not all high beams are good. Tailgaters and illegal turners use high beams at a level that we Malaysians hate. We all know the feeling of extensive high beams being blasted from the car behind just because they want to take over us.
“We can be the light of the world without leaving our high beams on and annoying everybody.” - Bob Goff
4) Extra Accessories Modification
Yes, we are all creative, we can modify everything including our cars. Malaysians don’t like their cars normally, we all modify our cars. Some people do normal modifications while some crazily modify their car.
Guess it is already too common to see cars that have wings or cars that have crazy paintings and color design on their car.
Do you want to modify your car too? Other people can modify their car’s exterior “generously”, you can modify your car interior upholstery too. You can make your car special and be the only one of its kind. All you need to do is just visit Carbi Deco Leather Industry at https://www.facebook.com/carbideco.leather
I promise you, your car will be special.
So guys, what do you think about those things Malaysians are good at on the road? Do you think that you have something that you are good at on the road too? Comment and let us know in the comment section.
P/s: This is just for jokes, please don’t take it too seriously. Just enjoy and laugh ok?
